Technology development background:

The double screw sleeve reinforcement joint technology changes the connection of “one by one” to “one product for one product”. Main types of double screw sleeve reinforcement joints:
There are four types of double screw socket joints: standard type, reducing type, welding type and extended type.
Standard type:
Applied to the connection of equal diameter reinforcement. When connecting the reinforcement, it is not necessary to rotate the reinforcement at both ends, but only rotate the joint connector. The spacing between standard joint connecting bars can be in the range of 0 ~ 20mm.
Reducing type:
It is applied to the connection of reinforcement with different diameters, and the connection method is the same as that of standard joints.
Welding type:
Applied to the connection between reinforcement and section steel. The reinforcement can be single or “reinforcement part” (mesh, etc.).
Extended type:
It is applied to the connection under the condition of large axial clearance error of connecting reinforcement (0 ~ 50mm), and the connection mode is the same as that of standard joint.
Features of double threaded joint:
- It is applicable to the connection of “part” reinforcement: the position error of the connecting reinforcement is large (0 ~ 20mm in the axial direction and 0 ~ 20mm in the radial direction), and the connecting reinforcement cannot rotate.
- High strength and reliability: the joint performance can meet the requirements of 500MPa class 1 joint in the industrial standard jgj107-2016;
- Convenient connection: no equipment is needed to connect the construction face, and the connection can be completed only with a wrench;
- Wide application range: double screw socket joint can be used for reinforcement connection of structures and reinforcement parts, as well as reinforcement connection in the field of Building PC;
