According to the classification of chemical composition, reinforcement can be divided into ordinary carbon steel and alloy steel.

(1) Ordinary carbon steel. Ordinary carbon steel can be divided into high carbon steel, medium carbon steel and low carbon steel, as described below.

① High carbon steel: carbon content 0.6% ~ 1.4% With the increase of carbon content, the strength and hardness of carbon steel increase, but the plasticity and toughness decrease. Ordinary low carbon steel commonly used in buildings.

(2) Alloy steel. In ordinary carbon steel, some alloy elements such as manganese, titanium, silicon and vanadium are added, and the steel smelted is called alloy steel. Some of these steels have high carbon content, but due to the addition of alloying elements, not only the strength but also other properties are improved. Low alloy steels commonly used in buildings are classified as follows:

① High alloy steel: the alloy content is more than 10%.

② Medium alloy steel: alloy content 3.5% ~ 10%.

③ Low alloy steel: alloy content less than 3.5%

According to the classification of reinforcement shape, it can be divided into smooth round reinforcement, threaded reinforcement, finish rolled threaded reinforcement, etc.

(1) Plain round reinforcement. The cross section is round and the surface is free of nicks. Hooks shall be added during use.

(2) Threaded reinforcement. The surface is rolled into spiral pattern and character recognition pattern, so as to increase the bonding force of fish concrete.

(3) Finish rolled rebar. It is a newly developed new variety used as prestressed reinforcement, and the reinforcement number is 40si2mnv.

In addition, there are nicked steel wire, sub wave steel wire, etc.

According to the classification of reinforcement production process, ordinary reinforcement for concrete structure can be divided into two categories: hot rolled reinforcement and cold worked reinforcement (cold rolled ribbed reinforcement, cold rolled twisted reinforcement and cold drawn spiral reinforcement). Cold drawn steel bars and cold drawn low carbon steel wires have been gradually eliminated. Waste heat treatment reinforcement belongs to hot rolled reinforcement.

According to the supply method, the reinforcement can be divided into disc reinforcement (diameter ≥ 10mm) and straight bar reinforcement (length 6 ~ 12M, which can also be supplied according to other sizes according to the requirements).

[7
